"Gradav On Call" This is for Emergencies only and is available when the office is closed. "Gradav On Call" is manned by the Hire Team. Its purpose is to provide telephone help, and if necessary, we can arrange emergency replacement items for hires in progress, when we cannot fix the problem over the phone. We will also supply new or additional equipment for customers who are Account Holders, although there is a callout charge for this service. We are sorry that enquiries for prices and stock availability can only be handled during normal office hours and not by "Gradav On Call".
